是次獎項由致力推動企業傳承與社會責任的「香港傳承基金」舉辦，旨在表彰在碳中和與可持續發展領域表現卓越的機構。頒獎典禮已於 2024年12月19日（星期四）假金鐘萬豪酒店宴會廳舉行的「香港傳承基金六周年慈善晚宴」中圓滿舉行。活動榮獲香港特別行政區行政長官李家超，大紫荊勳賢，SBS,PDSM, PMSM、政務司司長陳國基，GBS，IDSM，JP、財政司司長陳茂波，大紫荊勳賢，GBS, MH, JP，以及多位行政會議成員及政策局局長撰寫賀詞，祝願活動成功，並鼓勵各界持續推動綠色轉型。

MaxiPro (Asia) Limited is pleased to announce that it has been honored with the "Pet Food Enterprise – Carbon Neutrality and Sustainable Development Gold Award" at the "Carbon Neutrality and Sustainable Development Awards" organized by the Hong Kong Inheritage Foundation. The award was accepted by Dr. April Fong, Managing Director of MaxiPro (Asia) Limited, founder of Kakato Premium Pet Food, recipient of the "Global Outstanding Chinese Youth - Remarkable Figure" award, and "Greater Bay Area Outstanding Caring Woman Entrepreneur." At the same event, Dr. Fong was also appointed as the "Chairperson of Pet Food Affairs" by the Greater Bay Area Economic and Trade Association to further drive sustainable development within the industry.
This award is organized by the Hong Kong Inheritage Foundation to promote corporate inheritage and social responsibility, recognize organisations excelling in carbon neutrality and sustainable development. The award ceremony was held on Thursday, 19 December 2024, at the "Hong Kong Inheritage Foundation 6th Anniversary Charity Dinner" at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong. The event received congratulatory messages from notable figures including Mr. John Lee Ka Chiu, GBM, SBS, PDSM, PMSM, Chief Executive of the HKSAR, Mr Eric Chan Kwok Ki, GBS, IDSM, JP, Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Paul Chan Mo Po, GBM, GBS, MH, JP, Financial Secretary and other government officials wishing the event a resounding success, and encouraging all sectors of society to continue driving the green transition.
