HOFEX 2025, Asia's leading food and hospitality trade show (also known as the Food & Hospitality Exhibition), was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, attracting over 2,000 exhibitors and brands from more than 28 countries and regions. Kakato® showcased its human food series, including Kakato Freeze-Dried Cheese and Kakato Sparkling Fruit Cider.
In the future, Kakato will further expand its promotion in Hong Kong's food and beverage market. With innovative freeze-drying technology and a ""tree to bottle"" food production process, it aims to bring consumers a fresh dining experience, allowing audiences to enjoy natural, high-quality food products from Australia.
